Left Lafayette Indiana on Sunday am around 9:30 headed to a KOA southwest of St. Louis. Looked to be a nice day and a 5 hour drive or so. Betty was ready so we hooked up and headed out. Smooth sailing all the way. Checked in after making it through St. Louis. Always a stressful drive even on a Sunday! Arrived at the KOA St Louis to a Holiday level site that was the nicest yet! Nice patio with a gas BBQ, a nice picnic table and a fire pit. We BBQ’d a steak and made a Baked Potato with the fixings and had a nice fire. Great way to end a good day. Betty is better than ever. All systems go!!!!!

Tomorrow we are headed to Tulsa then on to Midwest City where Joel is from. It’s his turn to visit his family. Looking forward to a long awaited visit.
